Just Cuts' Christchurch franchisees Angela and Michael Turner have scooped the brand's top award for the second year running.

The Just Cuts Franchise Awards were held during the chain's annual international conference, this year on a P&O Cruise from Brisbane to Airlie Beach, Queensland.

The Turners showed outstanding operational performance and impressive growth to win the top award. In just three years Michael has moved through the ranks as a Just Cuts stylist, then team leader before he and Angela bought Just Cuts Hornby. Together they have built the business to a turnover of $850,000.

Just Cuts General Manager, Amber Manning said "Angela and Michael are an absolute joy to have in our network. They are not only brilliant Just Cuts advocates but are the life of the party in their centre. From entertaining their clients on Easter and Halloween with extravagant displays to gaining local PR in their community all on their own, this couple are a PR powerhouse.

"When you walk into their Just Cuts you can feel the atmosphere and fun that they create for their Team."

Angela said, "We are more than thrilled to achieve this prestigious Award two years in a row! This would never have happened without the hard work and dedication of our sensational team of stylists and all our wonderful clients.

"And I must mention the support of The Hub's Centre Management too. Thank you Just Cuts and thank you everyone!!"
